TENDER ADVERTISEMENT FOR SUPPLYING OF VEGETABLES & FRUITS TO THE SCHOOL OF ST JUDE MOSHONO CAMPUS.

Date of announcement: 14th February 2020 last date of announcement 21st February 2020 at 13.00pm

Tenders are invited for provision of the item above for The School of St. Jude Moshono Campus
1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for consideration of your tender supplier should attach the following requirements:
a. Name and postal & physical address of the company
b. Name and Nationality of Supplier
c. To provide minimum of three references for the companies you have supplied in the past one year (name & location, name & contacts of customer, contract value & duration)
d. Valid Business licence
e. Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration
f. Must attach copies of Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoice, Delivery Note and EFD receipts
g. The price should include transportation, loading and unloading to Moshono Campus. Your required to confirm that the tendered price is including loading and unloading to Moshono Campus
h. Tendered price Must be fixed for a duration of one year
i. Tender currency must be in Tanzania Shilling

2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
a. Order of the tender documents
The tender MUST be submitted in the following order;
Arrange your tender in series starting from a – j above. Failure to arrange sequentially will be disqualification

b. Date & Manner of Submission
All Tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes shall be submitted with the necessary documents mentioned in no 2 above not later than 21st February 2020 at 13:00pm in a sealed envelope clearly marked;

3. OPENING OF TENDERS
Tenders will be opened on 21st February 2020 at 13:50pm in public. All the Bidders or their representatives must attend in the tender opening at St. Jude’s Boardroom, Moshono Campus. Failure to attend, late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, and tenders not received, tenders not opened at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
