INVITATION TO ATTEND SPONSORED WORKSHOP ON TEAM BUILDING

AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT FOR ORGANIZATIONAL HEADS TO BE HELD

AT RECABI HQ NJIRO, ARUSHA – TANZANIA

The Regional Capacity Building Institute (RECABI) based at Njiro Arusha, Tanzania hereby invites organizational/departmental Directors and Managers to participate in the above workshop and benefit from its outcomes. This is an opportunity for you to explore on how you can transform your business and service delivery through application of Modern leadership and management approaches and techniques leading to performance enhancement. The two themes to focus on are enhancing team working by creating sustainable work teams and how to professionally undertake change management endeavors.

Workshop dates are 27th – 31st, March 2023. Venue is RECABI HQ, located at Njiro Nalopa Block D, plot no. 178/179.

Eligibility: Workshop will bring together leaders, managers and senior officers from public corporations and private companies located at Arusha and Moshi.

By the end of the workshop delegates will have enhanced their knowledge about Leadership philosophies, functions, roles, followers’ expectations and environmental challenges. The ultimate goal is to transform working culture, by creating visionary leaders, pragmatic managers and effective supervisor who, together, oversee achievement organizational and departmental goals.

To realize the above goals workshop facilitators will present on topics such as:

• 21st Century pragmatic leadership philosophies;

• The Tanzania corporate leadership environment;

• Leadership functions, roles and responsibilities;

• Team Building: value addition, approaches, participants, techniques and  methods;

• Change Management: areas determination, change drivers, process  implementation and evaluation

Workshop fees is TZS 600,000/- only. The same shall cater for facilitators’ honoraria, learning materials, tea and lunch plus other venue expenses.

NOTE: Moshi and Arusha delegates will benefit from RECABI scholarships hence pay only 50% of the above stipulated fee. We are told opportunity knocks only once! Come one come all. Be reminded that return travel, health insurance and participants accommodation is the responsibility of the employer.

Adult learning methodologies shall be applied and all conveniences for delegates such as session timings, learning atmosphere, two-way communication, allowance of deliberations/discussion, WiFi connectivity, quality of meals etc shall be ensured.

Seasoned workshop organizers, facilitators and presenters together with friendly service staff await the workshop delegates.

Attainment: A certificate of participation shall be awarded to the delegates on completion of the workshop.
