The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is pleased to invite your staff to attend a short course on “HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS’ ORGANIZATIONS.” at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill.

WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE?
On successful completion of this short course, participants will be able to:
a) Demonstrate the ability to impart necessary skills and knowledge to the workforce

e) Principles and Areas of Training and Development for Employee Training
f) Specific Cases Study of Training and Development from Tanzania
g) Benefits and Challenges facing Training and development in Tanzania
h) Evaluation of Training Effectiveness in the Organization
i) Processes of career planning and development
j) The role of HR department and Employee in Career Development and Management
k) Importance and Roadblocks of career planning and development.
l) Skills, Competencies and Factors to consider in Career Development.

TARGET GROUP: The course is intended for HR Managers/Officers as well as non HR professionals that may include: Directors, Administrators, Managers, Supervisors, Head of Departments/Sections/Units, Consultants, Trainers, Mentors, and any other interested person within and outside the country.

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT: The fee for the course is TZS 700,000/= ( Seven Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) per participant to cover for Tuition fee, Training materials, Certificates, Breakfast, and Lunch during the course. Reference Number (Control Number) will be shared later.

DATES & VENUE:The training will be conducted as per the following schedule.
