INVITATION TO TRAINING COURSE ON HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEMS (HRIS)
The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is pleased to invite your staff to attend a short course on “HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEMS.” at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill. The training will be from 4th to 8th September, 2023
COURSE RATIONALE:
Human resource Information System has played an important role in providing efficiency and improving human resource performance in organization. This course intends to impart the participants on the knowledge and skills on Human resource software in the administration of human resource, and how these systems can contribute significantly to the efficiencies in the management of a company’s human capital. This course intends to run from 4th to 8th September, 2023 – IAA Campus.
LEARNING OBJECTIVE:
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
(a) Understand the functions and importance of HRIS in organization.
(b) Acquire the knowledge on stages required to implement HRIS
(c) Acquire practical skills on how to use HRIS such as OrangeHRM etc.
(d) Understand how to select proper HRIS for the organization.

(h) Practical use of advanced features in Human Resource Information System
(i) Selecting proper HRIS for your organization
TARGET GROUP:
Human resources managers, IT managers, HR-administrators, operation managers, System analysts, Directors and all the staff who are the stakeholders on using Human Resource Information System.
The fee for the Course is TZS 1,200,000/= (Nine Hundred and fifty Thousand only) for one participant to cover for course materials, tea/coffee, and lunch only. Payment to be made through any branch of bank agent of CRDB, NBC, NMB, BOT. Reference number (Control Number) will be shared later.
