The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is pleased to invite your staff to attend a short course on “CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND SUCCESSION PLANNING.” at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill.

WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE?

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  2. b) Demonstrate various strategies of reducing the rate of employee turnover in the organization.
  3. c) Fill executive positions internally within the organization.

  6. f) Integrate organizations into programs of organization learning as well as learning organizations.

  3. c) Processes of career planning and development
  4. d) The role of HR department and the roles of the employee
  5. e) Importance and Roadblocks of career planning and development.
  6. f) Preparation and implementation of Training and Development Policy
  7. g) Preparation and implementation of Succession Planning Policy
  8. h) Preparation and implementation of Succession Plan/ Replacement Plan
  9. i) Skills, Competencies and Factors to consider in career development.
  10. j) Organizational involvement in Succession Planning
  11. k) Factors to consider and Potential Roadblocks in Succession Planning
  12. l) Succession Planning process in the organization

 

TARGET GROUP: The course is intended for the Top, Middle and Lower Managers, Supervisors, Administrators, HR Managers or Officers and other Human Resource Practitioners as well as any other interested person from public and private institutions within or outside the country.

 

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT: The fee for the course is TZS 700,000/= (Seven Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) per participant to cover for Tuition fee, Training materials, Certificates, Breakfast and Lunch during the course. Reference Number (Control Number) will be shared later.

DATES & VENUE:The training will be conducted as per the following schedule.

3rd – 6th October 2022

7th – 10th November 2022
