The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is pleased to invite the staff members to attend a short course on “MODERNIZING HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.” at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill. The training will be from 27th September, to 1st October, 2021.

 

COURSE OVERVIEW:

The human resources process is understood as unfolding of the procedure, whose main activities involve planning, recruitment, selection, socialization, training and improvement, performance evaluation and promotion, transfer, demotion in duties, and dismissal. HRM modernization of axes and measures is human resources, strategic management, Competencies magnification, the development of the electronic human resources. In today’s world striving for competitive advantage, it is necessary to follow the strategic guidelines for HRM. The importance of information technology should not be forgotten because these technologies help to combine new scientific knowledge, inventiveness, practical experience, and this combination is focused on new services and products for society.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

On successful completion of this short course on Modernizing Human Resource management, participants will be able to:

  1. a) Apply various knowledge and required skills in HRM during the digital era.
  2. b) Demonstrate competencies magnification and the development of the Electronic Human Resources Management in the organization.
  3. c) Apply Information Technology in HRM that makes the contemporary organizations to reach to competitive advantages.
  4. d) Distinguish between Traditional and Modern Management practices in business operations.
  5. e) Identify competencies for effective modern HR practices and leadership in the organizations.

(c)  Impact of globalization on HRM

(d)  Ethical issues in HRM

(e)  Traditional and modern management practices

(f)   The HRM modernization objective, strategy and plan

(g)  Modern HR development strategies.

 

TARGET GROUP:

The course is intended for Human Resources Managers/Officers with responsibility for transforming the HR function and officers handling particular HRM portfolios who are keen to learn modern approaches of managing people in general and the HR functions in particular as well as any other interested person.

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT

The fee for the course is TZS 1,200,000/= (One Million and Two hundred thousand shillings only) per participant to cover for tuition fee, training materials, tea/coffee, lunch during the course. Participants will have to arrange for their own travel accommodation and upkeep while attending the course in Arusha.  Payment to be made through any branch of bank agent of CRDB, NBC, NMB, BOT. Reference number (Control Number) will be shared later.
