The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is pleased to invite your staff to attend a short course on “ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT.” at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill.
COURSE RATIONALE:
Generally, overcoming resistance to changes in the today’s organizations is often one of the biggest challenges for continuous improvement practitioners. In business it is believed that the adaptation of new ideas or behavior by an organization with many perspectives on strategic change and organization development is very important for the growth and development of contemporary organizations. The role of the manager or a team of leaders is crucial for these positive organizational changes and development.

WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE?
On successful completion of this short course on Organizational Change and Development, participants will be able to:
a) Enhance organizations undergo positive changes while providing conceptual scaffolding for people, the process, and the organisation implementing change.
b) Demonstrate the ability to practice the strategies for organizational change in the organization
c) Identify roles and responsibilities of management and workforce in engineering the Organizational Change and Development.
d) Demonstrate the ability to create awareness of organizational change in the organization.
e) Manage organizational Change and Resistance to change in the organization
f) Enhance the clear interaction between the Technology and Change within the organization.
g) Identify the prerequisites and roadblocks for success in Organizational Development

j) Managing Resistance to Organizational Change
k) Limitations of Organizational Change and Development

TARGET GROUP:
The course is intended for the Middle and Top managers, Supervisors, Administrators, HR Managers or Officers, other Human Resource Practitioners, as well as any other interested person from public and private institutions.

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT
The fee for the course is TZS 1,300,000/= (One Million and Three hundred thousand shillings only) per participant to cover for Tuition fee, Training materials, Certificates, Breakfast and Lunch during the course as well as Visiting in one of the following Tourist Attractions in Arusha namely Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Tarangire National Park or Arusha National Park. Participants will have to arrange for their own travel, accommodation and upkeep while attending the course in Arusha. Payment to be made through any branch of bank agent of CRDB, NBC, NMB, BOT. Reference number (Control Number) will be shared later.
DATES & VENUE: The training will be conducted as per the following schedule.
From 5th to 9th September 2022  at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill.
