The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is pleased to invite your staff to attend a short course on “STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS.” at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill. The training will be from 4th to 8th October, 2021.

 

COURSE RATIONALE:

Generally, poor recruitment and selection activities affect the overall performance of the organization concerning on getting the required human resource as the result, some organizations nowadays prove failure and hence automatically they can’t incorporate in competitive advantage. Selecting the right employee is an important goal for the recruitment team and establishing the correct process can enhance the experience of the Candidate, Interviewer, Hiring Manager, and the HR Department. It can also help increase the effectiveness of most of the businesses. Organizations select people with the quality essential for continued success in this competitive global village of today. Recruitment and selection process is vitally important to any organization, eager of attracting and appointing qualified personnel. When the right people are selected, the employee will produce productive results and stay with the organisation longer hence having a low employee turnover.

This course will enable participants to ensure the best practices of effective recruitment and selection methods in the organizations which in turn will create employee engagement, sustained job performance and profitability, save valuable company resources, on-boarding process, employee retention and low turnover rate.

TARGET GROUP

The course is intended for the middle and top managers, Supervisors, Human Resource Practitioners, Non-Human Resource Practitioners, recruitment and selection committee members, public service commission officers as well as any other interested person from public and private institutions.

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT

The fee for the course is TZS 1,200,000/= (One Million and two hundred thousand shillings only) per participant to cover for tuition fee, training materials, tea/coffee, lunch during the course. Participants will have to arrange for their own travel accommodation and upkeep while attending the course in Arusha. Payment to be made through any branch of bank agent of CRDB, NBC, NMB, BOT. Reference number (Control Number) will be shared later.
