Derick Global Trading Company Ltd is a Beverage company dealing with producing and distributing Alcoholic Beverages such as, Highlife Gin, Crystal Gin and Budget Banana Alcoholic Beverage.  Company sells its products in most of Tanzania Regions, with it’s headquarter located in Moshi Kilimanjaro.

A company is looking for an experienced Marketing Developer Officer to demonstrate markets share of our products in the industry while creating brand awareness.

To be successful candidate in this role, you should have previous experience in managing the operations of Marketing team while taking accountability for reaching sales targets. A Marketing Developer should Identify, develop, implement, and manage the company products advertisement strategy, from the business, sales and technical perspectives.

Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills, negotiations skills, management skills with      a Sales & marketing skills.

Ø  Bachelor of Administration in Sales & Marketing, or related field

Ø  3 – 5yrs of Sales & Marketing  experience in alcoholic beverage companies

Ø  Proven experience as Marketing Developer, meet and exceed sales quotas especially in alcoholic beverages companies.

Ø  Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Ø  Excellent business penetration with a strategic orientation

Ø  Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ø  Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Ø  Excellent interpersonal skills

Ø  Highly self-motivated

Ø  Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Swahili

Ø  Driving knowledge and experience as well as a valid driving license class D and above will be an added advantage.
