Reports to: General Manager
Remuneration: As per experience

Role Summary and Key Areas of Responsibility

Summary

Our growing air ambulance organization is looking for an Administrative Officer who can help us create a more productive work environment while ensuring that our membership clients get the support they need. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. If you are a deadline-driven professional with a strong work ethic and a background in office administration, we want to hear from you.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

· Oversee membership program

· Coordinate office operations

· Other duties as assigned

Core Responsibilities

Oversee membership Program

· Maintain records and databases

· Correspond with existing tour operators and corporate partners

· Prepare invoices and confirmation letters; receive payment

· Manage Renewals

Coordinate office operations

· Review and prepare office policies and procedure

· Coordinate space and office organization

· Maintain the stock levels for office supplies and submit purchase requests to management when necessary

· Answer phones, emails and greet and direct visitors appropriately

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Personal Competencies

Qualifications

· Diploma in Business or a related field required

Experience

· 2+ years’ experience in office administration

Skills

· Fluent in English

· Motivated and keen to be involved in a start-up organization

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Strong sense of discretion and professionalism

Personal Competencies

· Team player

· Initiative: able to see tasks that are not listed and pursue them
