A company is looking for the experienced and competent Sales Representative who will ensure his area of responsibility and exceeds the expectations of our business objective as well as contributes to our company’s success in the long expand. Our ideal candidates should combine excellent communication skills, negotiations skills, with a Sales & marketing skill.

Ø  Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor of Administration in Sales & Marketing, or related field

Ø  3 – 5yrs  of Sales & Marketing  experience in alcoholic beverage companies

Ø  Proven experience as Sales Representatives, meet and exceed sales quotas especially in alcoholic beverages companies.

Ø  Excellent business acumen with a strategic orientation

Ø  Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ø  Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

Ø  Highly self-motivated

Ø  Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Swahili

Ø  Driving knowledge and experience as well as a valid driving licence class D and above

Key Responsibilities:

  • To Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • To Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • To Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • To Track all sales activities and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • To Communicate customer and prospect
  • To Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • To Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • To Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • To Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
