Apartments are ideal for bachelors as they are designed for single occupancy – -and not for family occupancy!

The flat apartments are ideal for a small family – two bedroom, self contained master, kitchen, sitting room, alarm security system etc

Viewing: You can make appointment for viewing anytime from Monday to Sunday,

Costs: The rental costs for either the apartment or a room for the shop stands at Tshs 200,000(double room) and 300,000 for flat apartment per month . We prefer a prepaid rental of  either 3 or 6 month
