I am looking for a 2-bedroom house budget (TZS 350,000/=) and 3-bedroom house (TZS 500,000/=)

Location; 1. Sakina – between Sakina Kwa Iddi and Mianzini (not further on the extreme ends)

2. Burka, Mawala area, Arusha Airport Are/ Kisongo Area (proximity Sable Square and the surrounding)

Unfurnished house, in a secure compound, good quality, less than 200m from the main road and in an accessible area.

Should have a car park, reliable water supply and own electricity (no sharing), can be stand-alone or on a shared compound.

Anyone having or knowing a place with a house with the above characteristics, please let me know.
