ADMINISTRATOR POST

A. OUR BACKGROUND:
QTL is an Arusha headquartered, manufacturing and established company dealing with hygiene products. We are looking for an office personnel to co-work with assistant production administrator in Tanzania.
B. JOB PURPOSE
The office personnel is responsible to co-work with our assistant production administrator ensuring sufficient of production resources in order to produce quality products to meet market demand and expectations while maintaining great staff and customer experience at a minimum cost.

C. RESPONSIBILITIES (To co-work with our Assistant Production Administrator)
To assist
• Prepare an implement production strategy:
• Budgeting:
• Production Planning:
• Production Execution:
• Production Monitoring:
• Production Efficiency:
• Team Management:
• Compliance and Reporting:

D. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Diploma in business administration, management, industrial engineering or
• Certificate in business administration, management, industrial engineering couple with over 3years experience in production
• Production or any other relevant Production related discipline.
• PREVIOUSLY OR CURRENTLY WORKED ON PRODUCT SALES-QUALIFIED FEMALES ARE GIVEN PRIORITY.
• Three (3) years of experience in a busy production industry (1) of which must have been assisting supervisor in a production environment.
E. SALARY AND REMUNERATION

1. Salary and remuneration is shall be determined as per background of the applicant and the industry best practices
