Mid-term evaluation of the Sustainable Transformation Opportunity for Networking and Growth programme of family farmers and Small-scale entrepreneurs in Arusha and Manyara regions.

Trias East-Africa is looking for consultants to do a mid-term evaluation of their STRONG programme.  In this programme Trias’ supports 5 member-based organizations of family farmers and small-scale entrepreneurs in building their capacity and improving services to their members.  Total outreach is 35,000 farmers and entrepreneurs, the task of the consultant will be to produce the following:

• To analyze (i) The effectiveness and sustainability of the deployed trajectories with MBO partners and
• (ii) The added value of TRIAS involvement in the organizational and institutional development of MBO partners, based upon the Theory of Change of Trias.
