CAMP MANAGER JOB VACANCY

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Female to work as a Camp Manager and oversee camp operations at our client’s camps which are located in different National Parks in Tanzania. The camp manager will be responsible for ensuring clients are served meals and drinks and also working together with other staff and the operations department in addressing any client’s request or complaints.

Duties, Responsibilities & Performance Standards

  • Communicate with the reservation department on the client’s arrival and departure.
  • Greet and brief clients with basic information about the camp, managing client services during their stay there.
  • Solving clients’ complaints on time.
  • Coordinating back-of-house activities at the camp like maintenance and asset management.
  • Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

General Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Previous experience working in camps will be highly valued
  • Education in Hospitality and Hotel Management is preferable
  • Good English speaking, leadership skills, guest-oriented, strong communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Positive attitude, and a hospitable service-oriented attitude
  • Age between 30-45 years old
