INVITATION FOR BIDS

TENDER FOR PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES TO TFA PLC FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2019/2020

Tanganyika Farmers’ Association Plc invites interested bidders to submit their bids for provision of various services as follows;

PROVISION OF VARIOUS SERVICES

(a) Security Services for TFA Head Office and TFA Shopping Centre.

(b) Cleaning Services for TFA Head Office and TFA Shopping Centre.

(c) Debt Collection Services for TFA PLC.

(d) Legal Services. Outsourcing specific assignment when required by TFA PLC to a reputable law firm.

A: Each bidder for service provider must submit the following information.

(a) Firm / Company profile.

(b) Three (3) years working experience with similar service.

(c) CVs of key staff.

(d) Proof of statutory or legal authorization to provide services advertised.

(e) Current Tax Clearance Certificate.

(f)   Proof of EFD Machine.

(g) Anti Bribery and Corruption Policy.

(h) Quotation for the provision of the services.

B: The deadline for submission of bids will be on 15^th November 2019 at 12:00hrs. Bids will be opened in public on 15^th November 2019 at 13:00hrs in the TFA Boardroom in the presence of the bidders or their dully appointed representatives who may attend.C: Bids not received and opened in public at the bid ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of circumstances.D: TFA PLC tender committee is NOT bound to accept the lowest bid.
