Position: Freelance Chef on call

We are looking for a chef on call with an experience of hotel standard cooking, who will be available on request.

Duties:

• Cook food in a timely manner ;
• Create new recipes ;
• Choose ingredients and design a menu based on the seasonal availability ;
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen area ;
• Adjust orders to meet guests’ requests ;

Requirement:

• Culinary school certificate or diploma ;
• 1+ years’ experience as a Chef or Cook ;
• Leadership skills ;
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Lives in Arusha
