A Tourist and Hospitality company located at Arusha  is looking for competent candidates to fill the position of CAMP MANAGER   at its Camps.

TITLE:   CAMP MANAGER

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT:  CONTRACT

QUALIFICATIONS /  EDUCATION

Required a competent and  passionate Camp Manager with deep understanding of Tourism  Management skills,  well organized and detail-oriented with all  camps operations.

• Degree/ Diploma / Certificate of tourism  or Hotel Management at reputable institution.
• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience  working as Camp Manager
• Creativity, confident and energetic

• Knowledge of proper management skills.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in Camps Operations.
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.

SALARY: Negotiable
