The tourist company based in Arusha, is looking for a competent candidates to fill the positions of Camp manager at its camps located at Ngorongor, Serengeti, Manyara & Tarangire.

TITLE:    CAMP MANAGER

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT:  CONTRACT

QUALIFICATIONS

Required a mature, trustworthy, passionate Corporate Camp Manager with deep understanding of tourist and hospitality plus excellent interpersonal skills, Strong communication skills  with;

• Degree/ Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality management or Equivalent
• At least 2-3 years’ experience working in camps as a Camp Manager
• Creativity, confident and energetic
• Ability to determine solution to clients
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to accomplish multiple tasks, results oriented and can work well under pressure

SALARY: Will be negotiable
