TITLE:    OFFICE SECRETARY

TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT:  FULL TIME

QUALIFICATIONS
Required a Secretary with very high speed of typing and accuracy.  Who must be able to work without supervision and must have an excellent computer application Skills.

  • Diploma or Certificate of Secretarial Services at the reputable institute.
  • At least 2-3 years experience working  as  an Office Secretary
  •   Customer-service  experience.
    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    •    Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks.
    •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excel, publisher, emails & internet
    •    Data entry experience
    •    Flexible working hours.

SALARY: Negotiable
