We are looking for an experienced, forward thinking Chef who is passionate about culinary arts. The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural leader who always has finger on the current culinary trends. The Chef will be responsible for assigning work in the kitchen, Training staff kitchen inventory management, Chef to come up with delectable new dishes to add to our growing menu.

The main task:
A chef should be creative and proficient in all aspect of food preparation and maintain complete control of the kitchen. The chef is expected to perform the following duties.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
- Estimate food requirements and food /labor costs.
- Supervise kitchen staff’s activities.
- Arrange for equipment for purchases and repairs where is needed.
- Excellent record of Kitchen Management
- Ability to spot and resolve the complaints from client efficiently.
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practice.
- Make sure that food is prepared in time for clients and staff in the camp.
- Make sure the kitchen is clean all the time and is well arranged.
CHEF QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- A team player with excellent organization skills
- A self-starter with the initiative and confidence to lead in their designated field – can work independently and prioritize own work load
- Ability to work under pressure yet deliver multiple task on time with attention to details and accuracy

The main task.
You are in charge of the Bar. You are required to be polite with our clients, and making sure they enjoy their meals and drinks, you should be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. As Waiter you are expected to perform the following duties:

- Greet and Escort the Clients to their tables
- The Waiter needs to be clean and smart in the eyes of client and he should be presentable.
- He should wear uniform all the time when serving the clients.
- Taking Customer orders and delivering food and beverages to client.
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with clients.
- You are carrying an image of the company you are required to provide excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked ( about Portion, ingredients, or Potential food allergies)
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, Silverware and Glasses
- Carry dirty plates, plates and take to the kitchen for washing and cleaning.
- Active listening and effective Communication skills
- Flexibility to be switched to another department.
- Attentiveness and Patience for customers.
- And other duties you may be assigned by the Head of your Department.
- WAITER QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS.
Field knowledge – The waiter must have a good knowledge of the menu and what foods contain. Also a general knowledge of alcoholic and non –alcoholic beverages is necessary,
as well as a basic knowledge of wine and beer.
Customer Service Skills – This professional must have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical strength – The person with this job should be able to spend very long period of time on their feet. To have high strength and stamina levels.
