As a Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions of the guests and visitors. It will be your fore most responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming visitors, and members, and help them with directions or any appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Job Description
• Answer incoming telephone calls; determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Greet visitors/guests/members professionally and determine their nature and purpose of visit.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, maintain & update calendars, and remind the respective personnel of the appointments.
- Support the Mission, Vision, and core values of the company..
- Assist with Admin and HR tasks as needed.
Experience:
1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel.
Education:
High School Diploma
A certification in office management will be a plus.

2. VACANCY: SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER
Are you a creative Social Media Manager who is passionate about growing and nurturing your brand’s presence in the market?
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to assist us as we grow our brands by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence and online presence.
You will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience and an interest in data analysis. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of your campaigns.
As a Social Media Manager you will:
- Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the entire brand.
- Content management across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc
- Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics.
- Use data to inform campaigns and social media posts across all social media accounts
- Collaborate with copywriters and multiple stakeholders such as brand teams.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies and influencers.
- Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
- Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns
- Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels
- Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy
- Uphold the company’s brand voice and increase brand awareness
The ideal Social Media Manager will have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
- Understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest etc.)

Social Media Manager Pay & Benefits
This is not a salaried position it is a part time contract position. Competitive pay and work tools (for content creation) will be offered to the right candidate.
Social Media Manager Education and Qualifications
- Client believes in hiring social media managers based on skills assessment, rather than the educational background on a resume.
- A minimum of 2 years in related social media marketing manager roles or marketing department.
- Verifiable references including proof of successful social media campaigns.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, literature or another related field is a plus.
