We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Camp Manager to oversee camp operations at our clients’ camps.
Duties, Responsibilities & Performance Standards
Daily Duties
- Communicate with reservation department on client’s arrival and departure.
- Greet and briefing basic information about the camp to clients
- Managing client’s services and activities
- Answering any inquiries relating to camp policies and services and resolve any client complaints.
- Work together with other staff and management in a smooth, safe, and harmonious manner to ensure clients have a memorable stay at the camp.
- Inspect client rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance
- Ensure clients are well served their meals and drinks,
- Lead, manage, teach, and coach camp teams, including support members, food services, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other team members.
- Inspect client’s rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
- Coordinating Back of House activities of the camp
- Document organizational or operational procedures.
- Managing movement of staffs according to company policy
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in bush camps will be highly valued
- Education in Hospitality and Hotel Management is preferable
- English speaking
- Leadership skills, guest-oriented, strong communication skills
- Team orientation on, loyalty, and excellent leadership skills
- Flexibility, commitment, dedication, and reliability
- Good manners and a positive attitude
- A hospitable and service-oriented attitude
- Age in between 30-45 yrs old

CAMP DRIVER JOB VACANY
Our company is looking for an experienced and competent camp driver who has knowledge in Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti routes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To drive staff from their quarters in the morning for service and pick them back after service in the late evening.
- To ensure the vehicle does not leave the camp without being authorized by Head Office
- To drive the vehicle to the Head office for service or take supplies for the camp once authorized by Head Office
- To fetch water for the whole camp operations once authorized by Head Office
- To make sure there is no shortage of water in the camp by filling all the tanks accordingly.
- To fill the mileages in the logbook and send it to the operations on a daily basis
- To check the fuel consumption and kilometers covered and report to the operations on a daily basis
- Minimize Vehicle movement by checking with the Manager’s daily route
- To ensure that vehicle is in safe condition before daily bases activities by checking oil, water, brake, fluid, and tires, and all necessary items required
- To report any maintenance or spare parts required from the head office.
- To Service the Water pump on time and make sure the water tanks are clean and have enough water
- To perform other duties as assigned by the camp manager or higher management
- To be a problem solver at the time of any breakdown
- To Report to the Camp Manager if you see the camp road needs improvement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 30-45 years of age and above
- Hold a valid driver’s license class “C” is a must.
- Vehicle Mechanics’ technical knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Free of health problems that would affect safely driving a motor vehicle.

BAR MAN JOB VACANCY
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Barman to manage Bar and Restaurant at our clients’ camps.
Duties, Responsibilities & Performance Standards
Daily Duties
- Welcoming and listening to the guest to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing guests about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Handling cash and ensuring charges are accurate and returned correctly.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
General Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in bush camps will be highly valued
