Duties and Responsibilities

  • Approaching to new client to get the business
  • Liaising with existing client to the update of our company.
  • Ensured successful business of new clients and corporate.
  • Liaising with airlines, hotels.
  • Managed all marketing and operation strategies and recommended changes to ensure business development.
  • Managing a team of travel consultants, customer services and accountants.
  • Dealing with a whole mixture of prestigious corporate accounts offering first class customer service, secure new clients sale and retention through customer service.
  • Offering a quick, efficient and professional service and proactively maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Upselling ancillary services i.e.  Travel insurance, car rental, meet and assist etc.
  • Attend conferences and briefings to maintain familiarities with airlines and tourism current affairs.
  • Carry out administrative inductions with new members of staff to the team.
  • To liaise with the sales team to capture all necessary information for quotes and to manage the dispatch of quotes to agreed timescales.
  • Manage the day to day work of the sales and marketing assistant.
  • To follow up sales activities with clients and potential clients.
  • To monitor company sales KPIs and sales performance.
  • To create and implement the marketing strategies.



Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the travel industry needed.
