Life Server Microfinance is a financial institution that dealing with lending processing and procedures and it operates its function in Arusha region. It started its function on 13^th of May 2013.

JOB DISCRIPTION

We are looking for a very committed and passionate credit officers who are willing to work under pressure and performing both group  and individual loans. The successfully candidate must be able to maintain the following tasks.

• Recruit new client.
• Control in and out calls from clients
• Dealing with deliquesces
• Monthly target set by management
• Follow up of loan repayments
• Conduct regular visit and evaluation

QUALIFICATIONS;

The qualified candidate must be:-

• A holder of Diploma/Degree from  a recognized institute

RECUIREMENTS;

Must be excellent in communication

1. English fluent
2. Swahili fluent

Computer literacy

1. Ms word
2. Ms excel

iii.            Ms power point

1. Internet

Good oral presentation and reporting skills for both oral and written.
