For experienced Italian Sales Expert

Position:

We are looking for a Sales Expert who is fluent in Italian language with a strong combination of Leadership, Decision-making, great customer service skills with an eye on detail and broad knowledge about the destination Tanzania.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare itineraries and quotes for the client in Italian language, deals with all enquiries from the beginning until confirmed
• Ensuring daily updating of all the relevant information i.e.client’s allergies, picking time and landing off to the airport also dealing with last minutes changes.
• Keeping management informed by daily updated CRM and information about confirmed clients.
• Attend all weekly sales meetings within the office
• Attend all sales/sustainability training programs
• Communicate with clients in English/Italian via email and phone in a friendly and courteous manner and communicate accurate and consistent information
• Good knowledge of sustainability and it’s practices
• Other duties as outlined by the management.

Qualification:

• Tourism & Wildlife studies or Sales Management
• Italian language certificate or native speaker
• Focus towards great Customer Experience
• passionate about creating Tanzania Experiences for Clients
• working in a team to reach the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets of the company

Experience:

• minimum 3 years of experience as sales expert in the tourism industry
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Good knowledge about Wildlife, Tanzania and it’s National parks
