We are currently hiring for the above role based in Mwanza Tanzania. We need hard working and committed sales executive well aware of Mwanza region when it comes to Paints sales in general.


Job Requirements


Job Summary

Contract Type: Permanent


Experience and Qualifications:

v  Education: At least diploma in Sales Related Field

v  Experience: At least 7 Years’ sales experience in Hardware products.

v  Demonstrated capability to meet financial sales targets, drive sales and generate revenue.

v  Strong understanding of hardware products and customer needs both in major cities and upcountry.


Knowledge, skill and abilities:

v  Languages: Fluent in Kiswahili & English

v  Excellent interpersonal skills.

v  Commercial awareness.

v  IT-related skills.

v  Numerical skills.



Roles and Responsibilities.

v  Achieve Sales targets.

v  Aware with various paint distributors in Mwana region

v  Initiate, reactivate and expand customer relationships regionally (within Tanzania).

v  Visiting distributor outlets and/or client sites in Mwanza on a regular basis.

v  Coordinating sales and product deliveries to various locations within the country.

v  Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.

v  Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.

v  Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

v  Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

v  Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales performance information.

v  Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards across various product and service portfolio.

v  Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

v  Review Mwanza sales performance.

v  Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
