St Lucia Community Healthcare Initiative is seeking a highly motivated and positive professional Primary and Secondary school teacher.  (PART-TIME OFFER)

Qualifications 

•  Bachelor degree
• Possess background in Psychology and psychosocial care
• Possesses exceptional reporting skills
• Self-starter and internally motivated
• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy and serve as a strong collaborator with stakeholders and team members across the organization
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skill
• Experience in teaching and curriculum development
• Proficient use of Google tools and Microsoft Office

Job Description

• Conduct research and review effective research studies , programs and methods used for academic student learning, teaching and testing in meeting desired outcome measures.
• Leads or participates in designing programs based on research to improve educational outcomes and  enhance learning experience for children in Primary and Secondary School.
• Provide after school academic assistance to primary and secondary school students.
• Follow up on children’s day to day progress in school and report children progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
