We are looking for a full time hard working experienced recruitment officer in Arusha with the following qualities:

• Bachelor Of Human Resource Management, or a similar relevant course of study
• At least 3-5 years of proven in-house or agency recruitment experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient verbal and written skills in English and Swahili
• Must be organised, a self-starter, able to work unsupervised, have strong time management skills
• Professional, proactive and able to multitask.
