  1. OUR BACKGROUND:

QTL is an Arusha headquartered, manufacturing and established company dealing with hygiene products. We are looking for a highly qualified marketing personnel to undertake all the marketing plans and activities in Tanzania.

  1. OUR MARKETING GOAL:

 

Our goal on marketing is to reach out to our customers and promote our product focusing on sales targets and customer response.

 

An opportunity is now open for an experienced and qualified SALE AND MARKETING OFFICER the SALES and Marketing as sales officer. What the company is looking into the marketing Officer is; an ability to SALES AND MARKETING, execute marketing campaigns and promotions that result into sales of hygiene products and assist the marketing department to meet the sales targets.

  1. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

 

  1. The hygiene product is used by different customers. The marketing and sales officer shall reach out to our potential customers and execute daily sales. He shall develop marketing plans to meet the short terms sales and distribution.

 

  1. To sell on promotional programs and communicate the results daily and weekly sales to the company management
  • Able to cash daily and bank on the daily sales

 

  1. Able to communicate pricing correctly to customers

 

  1. Prepare, communicate and maintain reporting to the company and deliver formal proposals and recommendations to address daily encountered trends in the market
  2. Establish sale programs, proposals and implement them into sales

 

  • Must be able to increase sales weekly, monthly and annually

 

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. You will develop creative sales plans and assist the company meet the marketing objectives through advertising, promotions, communication and reporting

 

  1. Translate all marketing plans into actual daily sales.

 

  • Prepare marketing budgets to complement what the marketing department and management will be doing and share the market outcome before implementing the activity.

 

  1. To provide actual sales executions and effectively meeting sales target daily, weekly, monthly and annually and;

 

  • Delivery through daily sales and comminate properly with customers

 

  • Show ability to consistently increase the sales weekly, monthly and annually

 

  • Gather customers feedback and propose ways to meet customer needs effectively

 

  • To communicate marketing ideas, programs, strategies and their corresponding budgets to the company management
  1. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    • You must prove that you had good sales records through your previous employment
    • Excellent and proficiency language communication both in Kiswahili and English

 

  • Marketing and sales skills (shall be measured by sales target and customer feedback)
  • You must establish that you are trustworthy
  • Your previous or most current experience in sales is key
  • You must establish your previous sales targets
  • You must submit a minimum of three referees (Reference holds a strong score)
  • One must be from your academic institution
  • Two from your previous employment
  • Two must be professional colleagues in the sales and marketing industry

 

  1. PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  2. Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing from a reputable institution

 

  1. A certificate supported with a 3years work experience will be considered during interview

 

  1. Applicants working currently in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply

 

  1. Female will be given higher priority
  2. SALARY AND REMUNERATION

 

  1. Our salary is scaled based on the best available in the in the marketing and sales industry
  2. The salary scale is high

 

  1. Additional remunerations and allowances may be added
