We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management

 

Job Details:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Participating in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission related objectives, and deadlines.
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards.
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Participate in day to day sales with targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma in business administration (sales and marketing)or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales team leader, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
