SECRETARY POST
Company : Amando Transport Ltd
Location: Arusha
JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities will include
1. To receive, interview and direct visitors accordingly.
2. To prepare letters and various documents.
3. To handle confidential and sensitive information.
4. To ensure that working tools are in good order and the working environment is well maintained.
5. To receive and make telephone calls.
6. To maintain a register detailing records for incoming and outgoing mails and files.
7. To communicate information by typing, sending and receiving emails/faxes.
8. To keep diaries of events and make appointments for and on behalf of the designated officer.
9. To organize and follow upon travel and related logistics for meetings, field visits, and any other programmes.
10. To process, file, sort and retrieve information.
11. To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualification Required:
Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies/Computer Studies or equivalent qualifications from recognised institutions .
Computer knowledge in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Internet, Email, MS-Publisher from a recognized institution
Preferred Language Skill :
Swahili and English
Job Experience: Two Years
Age : above 30yrs
Location: Arusha.
