Established Safari Company with Tanzanian-German ownership is looking for a suitable candidate with minimum 6 years experience in running a small to medium size Safari company.

Managing Director role includes but is not limited to the following duties:

– Running day-to-day operations

– Motivating staff and creating team spirit

– Work closely with accountant to receive proper management accounts

– Budgeting and forecast

– Effective people management – get the best out of each staff member

– Create sustainable relationships to top quality suppliers

– Occasionally greet VIP guests

– Drive sales by solid knowledge of target markets and safari product
