INVITATION OF TENDER

Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), at its Headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania invites tenders from qualified and eligible service provider for carrying out the following works;

The service provider shall be required to;

1. Survey the works
2. Provide technical report of what is required
3. Provide the material requirements and Labour costs for the works;
4. Provide work schedule for the works;

This is open competitive bidding and open to all eligible National Tenders. Interested eligible suppliers may obtain further information and collect the Tender documents at ESAMI Njiro Hill, Procurement Office between 11: 00am to 4:30pm.

The cost of the tender documents is twenty thousand shillings (Tsh. 20,000) payable at the cashier office.

The Tender must be submitted in two copies marked ORIGINAL and COPY enclosed in one envelope and addressed to the;
