Trainee Recruitment Consultant Vacancy (1 Position)

We are looking for Freshers who want to start their career in Recruitment & placement service. Someone who is highly motivated, Goal Driven & someone who carries a positive attitude.

Location: Mkuranga

Salary: Tshs 300,000-350,000 Net Salary

Note: Need local candidates preferably from Arusha/Moshi.

Overview:

The trainee Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates to the recruitment team, and pre-

employment processing of all new employees of the various department within clients.

Responsibilities:

v  Operates with a high sense of urgency to source, interview, and select applicants for various positions.

v  Evaluate work experience and education requirements for job vacancies

v  Develop recruiting strategies to identify and network with top professionals around the Country

v  Inform applicants of job duties and specifications, benefits overview

v  Generate monthly reports and other reports deemed necessary for efficient employment activity

v  Maintain relationships with other consultants to gain industry knowledge and insight

v  Performs other duties as requested.

Candidates must have:

v  A bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Human Resource & Social Science)

Knowledge and Skills:

v  Must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.

v  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
