Description

A well established company in Arusha is  recruiting two Customer Service Officers for its Arusha Branch.


Objective:

The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.


Essential Functions:

  • Call customers as assigned in your territory and keep good record.

  • Attending customers who visits the office and serve them promptly

  • Confirm orders with customers and ensure payments are received on time as company policy indicates.

  • Informing customers about the price changes that are made on time.

  • Informing customers about company’s promotions on time.

  • Assisting customers to choose and purchase goods.

  • Submitting daily and weekly report to the Branch Manager in a timely manner.

  • Applying for various departmental expenses.

  • Collecting marketing information as required.

  • Any other duties as may be assigned by your supervisors.

  4. Communication Proficiency.

  5. Computer Literate

Required Education and Experience

  • Diploma or B.A in Business Administration

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Customer Service Officer.
