Position title: Operations Guest Relations Officer
Reporting to: Operations
Duty station: Arusha, Tanzania
Position summary: The Operations and Guest Relations Officer is a professional who will
have a dual role with responsibilities in operations as well as Guest Relations functions. The
employee will support and assist the Operations Consultant and the Guest Relations Officer. It
will require flexible hours and will be for a specific time period of 12 months.
Area of Responsibilities:
– To assist and support functions within the operations department as per
company SOPs;
– To carry out Finance functions related to the position and role;
– Assist and support the greater team of colleagues;
– Guest Meet & Greet functions on arrival and departure;
– Guest trip briefings on arrival and pre-departure;
– Guest liaison functions throughout the guests journey with the company;
– Stock control of company assets;
– Product improvement;
– Business Intelligence Reporting;
General
- To upkeep a high service standard and smooth operation.
- Observe
- To offer deliberate direction to leadership that is established from analysis.
- Assist the General Manager with any further tasks when required
Education:
University degree preferable
Computer Literate
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in the travel and/or hospitality sector in a similar role with a recognized
company operating in the luxury space.
