Job Responsibilities.
The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative will revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. Other responsibilities will include:
- To Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- To Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- To Create, plan, and deliever presentations on company products
- To Track all sales activities and keep current by updating account information regularly
- To Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
- To Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- To Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- To Meet and/or exceed quotas
- To Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
