Operations Manager – Future Stars Academy
Future Stars football academy is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Manager with a passion for football and youth development. Are you hands-on, self-driven and do you believe in the power of sports for the development of youth? Then we are looking for you!

FSA is a successful non-profit organization based in Arusha Tanzania, focusing on children, youth and football with the aim to empower them and enhance their physical and mental health as well as groom football talent for professional football clubs. FSA founded in 2009 and currently training about 200 kids a year and organizing various leagues and tournaments. One rule: No School, No play… We have reached over 3000 kids in Tanzania with our activities and are still continuously growing.

Your position in the team: As Operations Manager at Future Stars Academy you are responsible for:
Oversee the implementation of the strategic plan which includes three programs: I. Football, II. Community Development and III. Talent Development;
Daily management and supervision of all Future Stars Academy activities;
Leading and motivating the FSA team (4 fte) and the short and long term volunteers (12 volunteers per year);
Financial management and the financial sustainability of FSA (which includes fundraising and financial control). 



You will work closely together with the founder and Director of the Future Stars Academy, who is responsible for the technical football part of the programme as Head Coach.

Are you a Future Star?
Hold a Bachelor in sports education, (business) management or similar
Speak and write fluently English
Big passion for football/sports
Leadership skills

Can-do and positive mentality
Experience with project management and fundraising
Experience in the football world would be a great advantage
