
Description
We are looking for a qualified Guest Relations Team member to work in the hospitality sector. The candidate is expected to have a competent level of computer skills, excellent communications skills, self-motivated, creative thinker, effective problem solver, and due to the nature of the business, be able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities;
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements
- Checking accommodation availability or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Assisting in handling the guest requirements according to standard procedures
- Ensuring all emails and reservation messages are promptly and accurately responded to as the company’s procedure.
- Input all reservations accurately into the required system
- Preparing itineraries, meal plans, transport logistics, room surveys according to the company’s standards
- Scheduling division of work to other team members.
- Assisting with preparation and executing of team procedures as required by your supervisor
