Vacancy: SAFARI OPERATIONS
Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Operations Officer to oversee operations at their offices in Arusha.
Duties, Responsibilities & Performance Standards
- Checking and making follow-ups on safari documents.
- Making follow-ups and conforming with suppliers on lunch boxes and confirming with the supplier.
- Checking all the Safari itineraries and briefing.
- Briefing guides, chefs, and porters for trekking.
- Creating and updating Local Market, Imprest, and allowances on Software for Safari and Mountain departures.
- Collecting retirement documents from guides after safari and mountain trekking.
- Check and make a follow-up for flight schedules for all group arrivals and departures.
- Filling mountain departures in Porter’s system and following up when assigning porters
- Briefing transfer drivers of transfers.
- Creating and updating permits in the TANAPA system.
- Creating and updating Kilometers for transfers.
- Submitting Local Market and guide allowance for approval.
- Creating and updating flight vouchers in the SAP.
- Updating Safari and mountain departures PO, Reservation number, and the total amount in the park Fees Excel.
- Confirming and updating lunch box and Hamper Lunch for clients to the supplier.
- Provide brief documents to the guide and collect them for retirement after safari and mountain trekking.
- Taking orders and any duties assigned by the management.

Job Vacancy: SALES CONSULTANT
We are looking for a Sales Expert who is fluent in English with a strong combination of Leadership, Decision-making, great customer service skills with an eye for detail, and broad knowledge about the Tanzania destinations in Zanzibar, Northern, Western, and Southern Circuits.
Job Location: Arusha
Responsibilities:
- Prepare itineraries and quotes for the client, and deal with all inquiries from the beginning until confirmation of the booking.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone in a friendly and courteous manner and give accurate and consistent information.
- Responding and handling agent inquiries by e-mail and phone, converting inquiries from clients on the phone and by e-mail into actual sales estimations.
- Ensuring daily updating of all the relevant information i.e., Client’s safari package, allergies, picking time, and landing off to the airport also dealing with last minutes changes.
- Taking care of reservations/cancellations/amendments and preparing your files for the Operations Department, with all correct invoices and client details
- Keeping management informed by daily updates and information about confirmed client bookings.
- Working seamlessly with the reservations, finance, operations, safaris, and sales/marketing teams to ensure the continued growth and success of the respective divisions.
- Good knowledge of sustainability and its practices.
- Other duties as outlined by the Management.
Qualification:
- Experience in Tourism Industry or Sales Management
- Focus on great Customer Experience
- Passionate about creating Tanzania Experiences for Clients
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales expert or Tour Consultant in the Tourism Industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian
- Good knowledge about Wildlife, Tanzania, and its national parks.
- Good knowledge of accommodation found in and outside the parks and their specifications.

JOB VACANCY: CAMP MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Camp Manager to oversee camp operations at our clients’ camps which are located in different National Parks.
Duties, Responsibilities & Performance Standards
- Communicate with the reservation department on the client’s arrival and departure.
- Greet and brief clients with basic information about the camp, managing client services during their stay there to ensure clients have a memorable stay at the camp.
- Resolving any client complaints.
- Inspect client rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
- Oversee assigned duties of staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with the set rules.
- Coordinating back of House activities at the camp like maintenance and asset management.
- Managing the movement of staff according to company policy.
General Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience working in camps will be highly valued
- Education in Hospitality and Hotel Management is preferable
- Good English speaking, leadership skills, guest-oriented, strong communication skills
