EMPLOYMENT AFTER SUCCESSFUL FIELDWORK IN TOURISM INDUSTRY.

Dear partner in the tourism business,

We, from Watoto Foundation Tanzania (since 2003) had contact with you either on the ITB Tanzania stand in Berlin or we met one day in or around Arusha and you showed Interest in what we are doing and even we talked to one of your staff of employment after fieldwork of our graduated and well educated former students.

We are well known for nearly 20 years by many tour companies, lodges and related organizations in the tourism sector. Many, many former students (18-20 years) found work after doing fieldwork in the abovementioned companies ( lemala, Sopa, our own Kiboko Lodge, TWC, Zara, Kibo, and many small companies).

Our former students love to work in the bush as waiters, cooks, housekeepers, gardeners in horticulture, but also they are trained for 4 years in our VTC centre with knowledge of carpentry, electricity, metal/welding works, and mechanics. 

The main reason companies are taking our students: They already had practical training in our own Kiboko Lodge 

THEY HAVE GOOD BEHAVIOR, THEY SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH, THEY CAN WORK IN ANY DEPARTMENT, IN LOW SEASON THEY CAN DO MAINTENANCE IN ALL VOCATIONAL SKILLS, THEY CAN PLEASE YOUR GUESTS IN ONE OR THEY OTHER WAY, THEY ALWAYS SMILE AND IN HIGH SEASON THEY CAN WORK EXTRA DAYS. They all have strong survival skills.

Fieldworkers will start their jobs at the end of June, so if you are interested let us know soon, we still have 5-6 fieldworkers available to do interviews at your company.
