Looking for new employer for our cleaning lady / cook & child minder of 4 yrs: trustworthy, hard working, great attitude!

Is anyone looking to hire as soon as possible our wonderful cleaning lady? She has done a great job at Ibuka Dance and we are very fond of her.

 Ibuka is relocating and we are away for an extended period so can’t keep her in our employment. She is hard working, versatile, cheerful. Her name is Kuruthum Bakari, she is 25 years old, and she has been with Ibuka since the beginning.

She has cooked for our dancers daily, cleaned the stage and house, prepared for guests, worked in the garden when needed, trained an assistant, leaned pretty good basic english and always been very involved and taken pride and ownership of her work. She will work overtime when need arises and is always happy to be there and says she loves her job and is good at her job.

 We trust her with many things, including keys and money, and since we have had our child, she has minded our baby wonderfully We have just paid her 3 month maternity leave and an extra month, so she in available from now to start again.

Our agreement with her has been 200,000tsh per month for monday to friday 9am-5pm and half day on Saturdays. If you would like to give her a raise, that was coming up soon as she stayed at this amount for past 2 years since her previous raise.  She should be legalized into NSSF after a few months when you are sure of wishing to continue.
