VETpro and Merlino Vet Clinic notice

We would like to apologize for any inconveniences in services rendered; this is all in an effort to provide improved services. Any and all feedback is appreciated and helpful.

Kindly  note Clinic operating hours are Monday-Friday from 09:00-13:30, and Saturdays from 09:00-12:30. You can otherwise send an SMS or WhatsApp (please note the numbers below) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In addition, when it comes to vaccinations, treatments and visits, please ask us if there are any alternatives as to the facilitation of these services as well as for a quotation beforehand.

Furthermore, please note that (1) Mrs Malika (receptionist)  will be on maternity leave from the middle of December to the Middle of March 2021, Ms. Jackline Kessy will be manning the reception from Monday-Friday from 08:30-12:30.

(2) Dr. Di Giulio will be on leave from end November to beginning of January. Please be aware that Clinic operating hours may change depending on the number of requests.

However, you can already ask for our availability. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
