The Institute of Accountancy Arusha is pleased to invite your staff to attend a short course on “OPERATIVE CORE FUNCTIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.” at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill.

 

COURSE RATIONALE:

An HR Department is the core of any organization, similar to the nervous system in the human body that oversees & controls everything. The Human Resource Department is an indispensable part of any organization. Organizations are always on the lookout for proficient HR professionals who can join their team. An organization with well-defined functions of Human Resource Management is organized and has a long way to endear. Human Resource Management is concerned with the people dimension in management. Since every organization is made up of people, acquiring their services, developing their skills, motivating them to higher levels of performance and ensuring that they continue to maintain their commitment to the organization are essential to achieving organizational objectives. Human Resource Management is series of integrated decisions that form the employment relationships; their quality contributes to the ability of the organizations and the employees to achieve their objectives.

 

LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

On successful completion of this short course on Operative Core Functions of Human Resource Management, participants will be able to:

  1. a) Keep the employees and the organization at large updated with modern managerial practices particularly in Human Resource Management.

  15. o) Formulation and Updating of organizational Human Resource Policies

 

TARGET GROUP:

The course is intended for Human Resource Managers/Officers as well as non Human Resources professionals that may include: Administrators, Supervisors, Consultants, Trainers, Mentors, and any other interested person.

 

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT

The fee for the course is TZS 600,000 (Six hundred thousand shillings only) per participant to cover for Tuition fee, Training materials, Certificates, Breakfast and Lunch during the course. Participants will have to arrange for their own travel, accommodation and upkeep while attending the course in Arusha.  Payment to be made through any branch of bank agent of CRDB, NBC, NMB, BOT. Reference number (Control Number) will be shared later.

 

      DATES & VENUE: 

The training will be conducted from 10th to 14th January 2022  at IAA Main Campus Arusha Njiro Hill.
