TENDER FOR RENTING AND UNDERTAKING BUSINESS IN PART OF KIRINGA GARDEN ARUSHA AREA

1. On behalf of the owner of Kiringa Gardens, we are inviting tenders to find a qualified tenant, to rent and run a bar and restaurant located on Mawalla road, Burka street, Olasiti ward, Arusha city

2. Kiringa Gardens, invites qualified service providers to send applications to plan and conduct business activities. The successful tenant/ service provider will operate the relevant area by providing food, beverage, swimming pool area and children’s games.

3. Interested service providers are invited to inspect the area expected to be rented from 1st July 2023. For more information and communication, please contact the Director by email atkiringagarden@gmail.com or the below whatsapp number.

4. Documents for criteria and terms on how to run Kiringa Gardens can be collected from 12th to 15th June, at Kiringa Gardens from 12pm to 6pm or through whataspp number below.

5. All tender documents must be filled in properly, and placed in an envelope marked “hosting and operating a bar and restaurant services” and delivered to the address below physically;
