Procurement Assistant: 1 Post
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- And any other responsibility as it is directed by the Supervisor.
Qualification:
ü Diploma/Degree in Logistics and Procurement, Material Management, or related studies.
ü Minimum of 2 years experience in a busy environment.
ü Must be residing in Arusha.
ü Must be of 28 years and above.
Marketing Assistant: 1 Post
Responsibilities:
- Set specific marketing goals.
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
- Develop digital marketing.
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics.
- Forecast market trends.
- Research market to identify new opportunities.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and products.
- Address advertising needs.
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction channels.
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency.
- And any other responsibility as it is directed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
ü Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Commerce and Management.
ü Minimum of 2 years experience in fast growing company.
ü Must be residing in Arusha.
ü Must be of 28 years and above.
