Description
Are you young, from Arusha region, and excited to start your business? Generation Food Arusha is an exciting opportunity for young people from in and around Arusha organized by Rikolto, Anza, TAHA and Arusha City Council. The Generation Food project aims at empowering young entrepreneurs to transform Arusha’s food system into a more sustainable and future-proof system. We want to support youth with innovative ideas in setting up their businesses.
On 27-28 August, we are organizing a hackathon (Kongamano la vijana wabunifu) for 200 youth from the Arusha Region. During the hackathon, the young entrepreneurs will be coached on developing their business idea and pitching it. 75 hackathon participants will then be selected to take part in a two week training, during which they will receive expert coaching to further develop their business ideas.
